"My husband was recently involved in an auto accident where his vehicle was totaled. Everyone at the office was so kind and helpful! Wendy went out of her way to walk us through the process of filing the claim, connecting us to State Farm Claims and staying on the line to help answer questions and advocate for us the entire time. We were set up with a rental car within 3 hours of the accident and had a settlement within a week. We felt truly cared for. Thank you for the wonderful customer service!"
